The gentleman that took my phone didn't have a name on his shirt. He did solve the ... issues promptly and asked for a 5-star review! No fee mind you!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Let me tell you about my day. I woke up this morning around 5 a.m. as usual to find that my computer was powered off. Not wholly unusual — Windows updates happen, sometimes it shuts down, no big deal. Today, when I powered it on, the machine ... only stayed on for a few seconds before shutting off. Interesting. It's done this before — the how-to troubleshooting gurus from the interwebs said to pull the power cable, hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect everything. Bam. Powers on. But processing the normal stuff is like watching molasses in November. Ten minutes in, it powers down again. Okay, now this is odd. I consult the interwebs again, trying to get my desktop working so I can actually do the work I'm paid to do. We narrow things down to thermal problems — i.e., the computer gets too hot and shuts down. So I pack up my box and go to the nearest store. I'm familiar with Spyderware Technologies from a series of unrelated events, but had never used them. I placed my professional well-being in their hands and left my trusty desktop with them around 9. By around 12, I get a call saying it's far worse — not only is it a thermal issue (cooler died), but my CPU burned my motherboard. If that wasn't bad enough, my graphics card also pooped the bed harder than Amber Heard. So I once again drove to Spyderware Technologies, where I was shown exactly what the issue was — none of it good. We devised a plan to send it back to the manufacturer, as it was still under warranty. But no sooner than that, I get to my truck only to find… yep. The battery died. Given my plight, the purveyors of both Subway — who let me sit in their air conditioning and gave me a free drink (another review coming) — and Spyderware Technologies went above and beyond. Spyderware not only removed the viable hardware and got everything ready for me to send back to the manufacturer, but offered me a laptop to borrow and transferred my data to a spare drive (super critical for what i do for employment). In addition, they simply said: “All we want is a 5-star review.” Well, here it is my friends: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can't pay for this kind of service — much less find it easily. Thanks, chaps.
