I have never claimed to be tech savvy; I am not ignorant. My iPhone locked up which meant access to my tax software was not possible. Did I say during tax season? The gentleman that took my phone didn't have a name on his shirt. He did solve the ... issues promptly and asked for a 5-star review! No fee mind you!!
